Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Generate New Business:
- Actively prospect and acquire new clients to expand our customer base.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through effective networking, cold calling, and relationship-building.
- Educate Clients on Home Protection:
- Clearly communicate the benefits of Luminous’ insurance coverage and services.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
- Meet Sales Targets:
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with company goals.
- Continuously assess and refine sales strategies to maximize results.
- Build and Nurture Client Relationships:
- Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique requirements.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven Sales Experience:
- Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably in the insurance or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent Communication Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
