Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

  1. Generate New Business:
    • Actively prospect and acquire new clients to expand our customer base.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through effective networking, cold calling, and relationship-building.
  2. Educate Clients on Home Protection:
    • Clearly communicate the benefits of Luminous’ insurance coverage and services.
    • Provide personalized consultations to understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable coverage options.
  3. Meet Sales Targets:
    • Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in alignment with company goals.
    • Continuously assess and refine sales strategies to maximize results.
  4. Build and Nurture Client Relationships:
    • Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their unique requirements.
    • Provide ongoing support and consultation to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Sales Experience:
    • Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably in the insurance or related industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  2. Excellent Communication Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  3. Customer-Centric Approach:
    • Genuine interest in understanding and meeting the needs of clients.
    • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  4. Adaptability and Resilience:
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

  6. Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred):
